At Talaria eBike USA, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers across the USA, CANADA, EUROPE and AUSTRALIA. This policy outlines our shipping methods, timeframes, costs, and procedures.

Shipping and Warranty Policy


Thank you for choosing TALARIA E-BIKE USA. We appreciate that you considering purchasing or have purchased the awesome items we offer! We want to ensure that you are satisfied and have a positive overall experience after acquiring our products.

Most orders ship within one to two business days if we receive the order before 3pm. It can take up to 4 business days for bikes to ship. If you ordered extra equipment to be installed on your bike it can take an extra day or two to get your bike ready for shipping. We ship as fast as we can but sometimes on some orders we can experience short delays. Your bike will be shipped as FedEx freight from our California warehouse so it’s not your usual small packet delivery truck that will handle it. You will get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


Shipping Policy

Talaria electric bikes are a little too large and heavy to ship, therefore we use Freight LTL for all of our bikes. All shipments will require a delivery appointment, so please double-check that you have supplied the correct e-mail and phone number so that our Freight carrier can schedule your delivery! TALARIA E-BIKE USA gladly provides liftgate services for individuals who require them, but any further services (such as inside deliveries) will be at your own price.

We use Freight LTL, so not all destinations are always deliverable. If we are unable to deliver to your current address, we will notify you and request an alternative address.

We send freight four times every week, so when you place your order and receive your order confirmation, it will ship with 1-3 business days depending on when the order was placed. Shipping insurance will be handled by customer and not TALARIA E-BIKE USA.

We ship to all 50 states in the US and to other countries such as Canada, Mexico, Australia, Europe, etc. Feel free to contact us to know if shipping could to arranged for your region or country. Estimated delivery times varies from 3-4 days for orders within USA and 6-8 days for international orders depending on your Geographic location.

For lithium batteries we currently only ship to the continental United States, Canada and the EU due to hazmat regulations. (EU ships via ocean freight if it includes a battery, using JetCarrier. This can take 6-8 weeks and does not have tracking once it leaves USA).

Technically, UPS/FedEx/DHL cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. They will still attempt to do so if a PO Box address is provided in the chance it happens to be one with shipping services, store. Customer is responsible for using an address that is capable of getting the shipment ordered. You can have package sent to a UPS store or FedEx store for local pickup if need be, or divert it there if already in transit. 


Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery and you will receive a tracking number to monitor tour shipment’s progress. We ship via:

  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • Local courier services (as applicable)

We will email tracking soon as it ships, and Fedex Freight will call you to schedule the actual delivery appointment soon as it reaches the destination terminal. Unfortunately Fedex Freight is the fastest courier we have found to ship ebikes. 

All high value shipments are sent with signature requirement. Customer is responsible for using an address that is capable of getting the shipment delivered and having it signed for. Generally speaking for hazmat and high value shipments you will want to avoid using a PO Box as the address unless it is a corporate managed PO Box with concierge services, so the concierge can sign for the package on your behalf.

UPS deliveries, if you wish you can waive signature requirement using UPS My Choice. For freight (ebikes, dirtbikes), please note that it is NOT possible to do any custom address changes once the freight is in transit. 

For batteries and most large orders in USA this goes FedEx ground or UPS Ground (this is mandatory if order includes battery due to regulations).


International Shipping

We offer international air and ocean freight to all EU countries, CANADA, AUSTRALIA and ASIA. Our international deliveries for 1-3 units/ebikes takes just 6-8 days depending on your location.

Whilst international shipping for orders above 3 units/ebikes takes 14-20 days to arrive your location. This delivery timeframe also applies to all our dealers, resellers and bulk/wholesale buyers.

We take care of all international customs (fees) for our Dealers, Resellers and Wholesale buyers in any part of the world. We ensure you receive your order within the timeframe so provided and in good condition as well without any hassle. 


Warranty Policy

We provide a 24 months (2 years) limited warranty on all products covering material costs for repairs or replacement of defective parts or accessories under normal use and maintenance. This warranty is in effect for 2 years as from the initial date an item was purchased from our store.  In addition, we are offering a dedicated service team (technicians) who are always available 24/7 to help you with any issues with regards to any item purchased from us.  

At Talaria E-Bike USA, batteries are covered by a 1-year prorated warranty. During the first 1 year of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery will remain unchanged from the original purchase date. No cash reimbursement will be made. Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by us only.

We are not a rental store, and we strongly advise you to conduct your own research before making a purchase from us. If a bike has a minor cosmetic issue (such as a scratch or chip in the paint), we will try to negotiate a reasonable discount, but this does not qualify for warranty replacement or a return.

Exclusions include regular wear components (such as bearings, seals, chain, brake components, and suspension valving), as well as overuse or failure caused by accidents, crashes, or negligence. Misuse also includes modifying any wiring or adding non-genuine parts, as well as using it for racing. Any improper charging, storing, or discharging will void this limited warranty. Limited warranties are transferable, and you must provide evidence of purchase from us, TALARIA E-BIKE USA, before requesting warranty replacement.
